AMDATU-571 Forgot the headers. Also simplified the copying of the map.

AMDATU-571 Added a new bundle that provides the configuration to the tenant factory via ConfigurationAdmin. Refactored the tenant factory to use a new service to receive configuration, effectively decoupling it from the actual implementation of how this configuration is kept. Work in progress.

AMDATU-588 enabled the rolled back code again

AMDATU-588 added some (commented out) code in preparation of AMDATU-591 and added the ACE management agent to our dependencies.

AMDATU-544 More fixes after review.

AMDATU-544 Fix for NPE in the integration tests. If you don't provide any binding for your life cycle listeners, I now default to listening to all events, which from an OSGi point of view makes the most sense.

AMDATU-544 Added missing headers. Cleaned up a few unused imports.

AMDATU-544 Implemented binding and merged the fix for AMDATU-563 because I wanted to optimize it a bit.
